资源简介:
We investigated the transcriptional profile in Drosophila wing and haltere imaginal discs to identify differentialy expressed genes between the two tissues. Overall design: Whole RNA was isolated from wing and haltere imaginal discs dissected from Drosophila L3 larvae and libraries prepared using NEBNext® UltraTM Directional RNA Library Prep Kit. Sequencing was carried out on Illumina Hiseq platform using 150*2 paired end chemistry. All experiments were carried out on three independnt biological replicates. edgeR was used to identify differentially expressed genes.
