The material is organized to facilitate reproduction of the analyses and results presented in the manuscript.========== DIRECTORY STRUCTURE ========== 1. main_code.ipynbThis Jupyter notebook contains the cleaned and organized code used to generate the datasets and perform the analyses presented in the study.Important: • File paths may need to be adapted before executing the notebook on a different system. • Users should verify that all required data files are located in the appropriate directories before running the code.========== 2. data/ ==========This directory contains all datasets used in the analyses, organized by Brazilian state: • ceara/ • minas_gerais/ • parana/Within each state directory, data are further organized into subdirectories containing: • Dengue case data • Temperature data • Precipitation data • Geographic shapefilesThese files were used for data processing, statistical analyses, and map generation.========== 3. figures/ ==========This directory contains all generated time-series figures used during the analyses.========== 4. figures_paper/ ==========This directory contains the final figures included in the manuscript.========== REPRODUCIBILITY ==========To reproduce the analyses: 1.
