Data from the article "Evaluation of Global Health in Master Swimmers Involved in French National Championships"

This dataset includes all the data which were used to publish an original study evaluating the global health of master swimmers involved in French national championships. The objective of this study was to examine the physiological and psychological health indicators of French competitive master swimmers, with the aim of gaining a more comprehensive understanding of the health benefits associated with competitive swimming.
