Micro-CT data investigating effect of irisin on trabecular bone in diabetic osteopathy

Micro-CT data collected to investigate the effect of irisin on trabecular bone in a stretozotocin-induced animal model of diabetic osteopathy. All data collected from the Ward's triangle region ot the femoral head. <br> Data files include all radiographs (as tiffs) and files required to reconstruct volumes using e.g. CT Pro and/or VG StudioMax software and Dragonfly software.
