VarroaDataset

The purpose of this dataset is to provide high resolution images (160x280px) of honeybees and the parasite Varroa destructor.
It was recorded in a controlled and constant environment.
The dataset consists of images of healthy bees (not infected with Varroa destructor) and infected bees (show Varroa destructor).

We further provide:

~13,500 manual annotations of honeybees infected with the parasite Varroa destructor.

Predefined dataset splits into: train, test and validation subsets

# neg (healthy): 9,562  

ratio [pos:neg]: 1 : 2.4
