This series and VPRS 1757 Project Files, Major Works Branch, Two-Number Series (Computations Sequence) were two components of a filing system that recorded projects undertaken by the Dams Design Section of the Major Works Branch. VPRS 1757 comprises computations relating to the projects and, in some instances, drawings relating to Notices to Treat. This series (VPRS 1758) comprises records of activities other than computations. Some papers in both series include cross references to items in other series such as Notices to Treat, plans and drawings, and VPRS 6008 General Correspondence Files.
