In this study, the highly efficient phosphorus soluble bacteria resources with saline-alkali resistance were isolated from the high-salinity soil. Compared with the ordinary phosphorus soluble microorganisms in the past, they could also have good phosphorus solubilization and other growth promoting abilities under the condition of high salinity and alkali stress, which would reserve saline-tolerant phosphorus soluble microbial resources for the saline-alkali tolerant growth of plants and the improvement of saline-alkali soil.
