Figure 2 pedigree and supplementary tables for "A Case Report: Suspected Hereditary Spontaneous Hydrocephalus in a Beagle Pedigree"

This dataset contains the editable source file and exported image for Figure 2, together with the supplementary tables associated with the manuscript "A Case Report: Suspected Hereditary Spontaneous Hydrocephalus in a Beagle Pedigree". Figure 2 shows the pedigree of dogs related to sire 11771 in a Beagle family with suspected hereditary spontaneous hydrocephalus and ventriculomegaly. The supplementary Excel file contains Table S1 with records for 41 offspring from the 11771 pedigree and Table S2 with records for 15 control Beagles. These materials support the pedigree interpretation, MRI-based phenotyping, and ventricle-brain index (VBI) assessment described in the manuscript.
