Complete Genome Sequences of Vibrio coralliilyticus Strains ATCC BAA-450 and OCN014

Here, we announce the complete genome sequences of the marine bacterium and coral pathogen Vibrio coralliilyticus (Vcor) strains ATCC BAA-450 and OCN014. This effort improves on previously sequenced assemblies comprising contigs of ATCC BAA-450 and a whole-genome shotgun project for OCN014. Vcor utilizes an array of virulence factors to infect a wide range of marine hosts globally, and this project provides valuable information for future genomic studies.
