During Covid-19 Pandemic, Burmese people were experiencing the awareness of physical health and the daily exercise took a role as main part to build the physicality strong and to boost the immunity. We saw that people changed the behaviour after the pandemic and they are getting to touch with health knowledge. With this changes, the physical Fitness centers are growing to attract to the Client to do workout at the gym. As research, the Fitness industry is rapid growing together with the group sales of equipments and Fitness accessories. In this studies, we will learn the business plan of Fitness business to implement in the market and the feasibility of realistischer financial index. The survey was contributed to 95 Myanmar participants to find the results of offering services and willingness to pay for this services. In the Myanmar market, there are different factors to be considered when it comes to operation and to offer this service. Although the services are compatible to them, there are high operation costs to operate this gym in the perspective of business view. In conclusion, the gym business has high investing cost and longer period to start to generate the profit which make the unfeasible the projects and there are some additional barriers to implement the business in reality such as leasing and fitness knowledge literacy of the potential client. Then, the sale of membership is not easy in the reality and these all factors point out that we would need to consider to implement it.
