NIST NA12878/HG001 0.1X read downsample

Downsampled 0.1x coverage BAM alignment file derived from the RMNISTHS_30xdownsample.bam (link), which itself is a downsampling of the Genome in a Bottle (GIAB) NIST NA12878/HG001 human reference sample.
