资源简介:
Tibetan pigs are a product of high-altitude adaptation and may face more significant challenges during pregnancy compared to lowland pigs. The health of both the mother and fetus is essential for successful reproduction in Tibetan pigs. As vital immune and reproductive organs, the spleen and ovaries play indispensable roles in supporting pregnancy health. However, comprehensive studies on the physiological changes in these organs during pregnancy in Tibetan pigs remain limited. In this study, we employed RNA-Seq technology to analyze the differential expression of protein-coding genes (PCGs) and long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in the spleen and ovaries of Tibetan pigs under non-pregnant and pregnant states.
