Dataset of 3D trajectories (circumnutations) travelled by different points selected on the plant. 3D reconstruction obtained using a system based on stereovision with 2 cameras having both RGB and IR (infra-red) sensors to capture motion in dark conditions. Reconstruction performed by two different users.
