The ID, country, and mutation count for 130 Y chromosome samples. Iceman's added to 129 samples from Karmin et al. 2015 Y chromosome dataset: Karmin, M., L. Saag, M. Vicente, M. A. W. Sayres, M. The mutation counts are relative to Noah's assumed sequence, based on the major allele at each position in the VCF file, also available in this repository.
