This dataset consists of three-dimensional nuclear images of different species at various ages. The images in the dataset are acquired using different microscopy techniques, including Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Focused Ion Beam Scanning Electron Microscopy (FIB-SEM), Scanning Scanning Electron Microscopy (ssSEM), and Structured Illumination Microscopy (SBF). Each dataset is described in detail, including species, microscope type, dataset name, age, region, average shape, resolution, and average number of nuclei. These datasets are suitable for three-dimensional analysis of nuclear structure.
