Genome assembly and annotation of Dendrobium tangerinum

This dataset consists of the original sequencing and analysis data related to the chromosome-level genome assembly and annotation of Dendrobium tangerinum. This species is an endemic epiphytic orchid from New Guinea, belonging to Dendrobium sect. Spatulata, and has extremely high value for horticultural breeding and evolutionary research. The dataset includes the raw data from PacBio HiFi long-read sequencing, Hi-C chromatin interaction sequencing, and transcriptome annotation sequencing. It also provides 19 chromosome-level genome sequence files and annotation files after assembly and mounting. The genome assembly size is 724.16 Mb, and the BUSCO completeness is 97.2%.
