Chlorophyll and its derivatives identified in Green Honey (GH)

The LC-MS/MS-based targeted analysis found 16 different chlorophylls and their derivatives in Green Honey (GH), namely chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll c, chlorophyll d, pheophytin a, pheophytin b, hydroxypheophytin a, hydroxypheophytin b, hydroxychlorophyll a, chlorophyllide a, chlorophyllide b, phyropheophytin a, bacteriochlorophyll a, bacteriochlorophyll b, phytol and phytanic acids and none were found in Tualang Honey (TH).
