Raw experimental data on the prevalence, genetic diversity and biological characteristics of Goose Astrovirus Genotype 2 in China from 2021 to 2024

This dataset focuses on the prevalence, genetic diversity, and biological characteristics of Goose Astrovirus Genotype 2 in China from 2021 to 2024. It covers clinical sample testing data from waterfowl farms in different regions, as well as clone sequencing sequences of the whole genome and core genes such as ORF1a/1b and ORF2 of isolated strains. The phylogenetic tree was constructed using bioinformatics tools such as MEGA 11 and IQ-TREE; At the same time, the original animal experimental data of the virus in chickens, ducks, and geese are included, including pathological section images, autopsy symptom records, tissue and organ virus titer detection results, as well as dynamic detection data of immunohistochemistry and serum antibody titers.
