Impact of the phages on the microbiome of the tomato rhizosphere

To estimate the impact of bacteriophage combo (phage RpY2 and RpT1) in the tomato rhizosphere microbiome, the rhizosphere soil consisting of 5 different treatments including control (non-treatment) and phage combo treatment were collected and analyzed.
