Identification of genetic loci and candidate genes for salt tolerance in barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) at the germination stage using a genome-wide association study and transcriptome sequencing

For salt - tolerant materials during the germination period, after treatment with 200 mM sodium chloride, the roots under treatment and control conditions were collected. Transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses were carried out. By comparing and analyzing the differentially expressed genes and metabolites, the molecular mechanism of salt tolerance in barley was preliminarily analyzed.
