Species distribution models of "Large expansion of oil industry in the Ecuadorian Amazon: biodiversity vulnerability and conservation alternatives"

This dataset contains 745 species distribution models (SDMs) generated by the study "Large expansion of oil industry in the Ecuadorian Amazon: biodiversity vulnerability and conservation alternatives", by Janeth Lessmann, Javier Fajardo Nolla, Jesús Muñoz, and Elisa Bonaccorso. The SDMs are raster files, which are classified into binary maps (presence: 1/absence: 0). This dataset also contains an Excel file that shows the code name used for each species.
