The comparison was performed with 'Yuexin' as the reference genome.'Yuexin'was selected from the crossing of ‘0362’（‘Camarosa’בAkihime’）× ‘Sachinoka’, thus has the closely genetic background with ‘Camarosa’. The VCF file documents sequence variations including SNPs, insertions, deletions, and other structural variants between these two commercially important strawberry cultivars.
