Gene database of Fructilactobacillus sanfranciscensis

This work describes the gene database of Fructilactobacillus sanfranciscensis. Original annotated genome file of the species was obtained from Genbank, and processed by an in-house MATLAB gene database analysis software to reveal gene name, gene function and gene sequence for each gene across the genome of the species. It is hoped that the data encapsulated herein will help inform future research seeking to understand the physiology of this microorganism.
