Soil microbial community changes in the root of rapeseed under different corpping patterns

This project investigates changes in soil microbial communities in the rhizosphere of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) under different cropping patterns. Soil samples were collected from multiple rotation and relay intercropping treatments. High-throughput sequencing of bacterial 16S rRNA genes and fungal ITS regions was performed to assess community composition, diversity, and key microbial taxa associated with each cropping system.
