2025-07-09 linmod retrospective-forecasting data

Synchronized data on which the retrospective-forecasting pipeline of cfa-viral-lineage-model can be run, all accessed on 2025-07-09. Data was obtained by the pipeline (via linmod's data module) from Nextstrain (open data) and UShER for retrospective forecast dates of 2022-02-14, 2023-06-01, and 2024-10-01. To use this data, uncompress the tar.gz file in this repository and move the extracted .cache folder to your local copy of cfa-viral-linege-model/retrospective-forecasting.
