There are several files associated with each soil, identified by the tags at the end of the filename: Spectral data: CSV file with the 350-2500 nm reflectance data using a Fieldspec4 spectroradiometer Meta: CSV file containing metadata: sample weight, air temperature, and details about the sample (size, dry weight, particle size distribution, …) and the spectrometer setup (viewing and illumination angles, Notes: Word document with any ancillary information that was available concerning the samples. Video: Microscope images collected at 1 frame/minute throughout the experiment and assembled into a video. The software limited the length of an individual video, requiring multiple videos to be collected for the full experiment. There are occasional gaps in the videos. photo: Assorted still images.
