Homo sapiens Raw sequence reads

To date, various analysis algorithms have been developed without objective evaluation due to a lack of ground truth. Thus in this project, we sequenced a pool of pre-enriched labeled single cells to obtain a batch of scRNA-seq data with main and fine labels of 10 immune cells, which was used to evaluate the clustering and specific-gene analysis methods.
