混凝土试块抗压强度测试是检验混凝土质量的重要方法,其测试结果可以直接反映混凝土的受力性能。通过检测混凝土试块的抗压强度是否合格,通常情况下,试块的抗压强度在达到的设计强度值合理范围内(105%至145%),试块的抗压强度越高,表明混凝土的质量越好。相反试块抗压强度低于或高于合理范围,则可能会导致建筑物的结构安全问题,因此试块抗压强度测试在建筑工程中有着重要的意义。1、混凝土强度等级小于C60时,用非标准试件测得的强度值均乘以尺寸换算系数,对100mm*100mm*100mm试件可取为0.95。破坏荷载(KN)乘以尺寸换算系数除以承压面积(100mm*100mm)等于抗压强度(Mpa)单个值(保留一位小数)。 2、因混凝土试件有六个面即三个破坏荷载(KN)面,每个破坏强度(Mpa)的单个值相加之和除以3等于抗压强度(Mpa)的代表值(保留一位小数),抗压强度(Mpa)的代表值,也是抗压强度(Mpa)的标准试件值。(保留一位小数)乘以100,推出达到设计强度的百分数。 3、检测混凝土试块的抗压强度是否合格,通过强度值/设计等级来计算达到设计强度百分比进行判断,如达到的设计强度区间在105%-145%之间为正常值,如达到的设计强度低于105%或高于145%为预警值,该检测混凝土试块检测为异常,需留意后续检测样品情况,如连续3次或一个月内5次以上出现异常,就需要找出异常原因。

The compressive strength test of concrete test blocks is a critical method for evaluating concrete quality, as its test results directly reflect the mechanical properties of concrete. By inspecting whether the compressive strength of concrete test blocks meets quality standards, generally, when the compressive strength of a test block falls within the reasonable range of the designed strength value (105% to 145%), the higher the compressive strength, the better the concrete quality. Conversely, if the compressive strength is lower or higher than this reasonable range, it may pose structural safety risks to buildings. Therefore, the compressive strength test of concrete test blocks holds great significance in construction engineering. 1. When the concrete strength grade is lower than Grade C60, the strength values measured using non-standard specimens shall be multiplied by the size conversion factor. For 100mm×100mm×100mm specimens, the conversion factor can be taken as 0.95. The single compressive strength (MPa) value is calculated by multiplying the failure load (kN) by the size conversion factor, then dividing the product by the bearing area (100mm×100mm), with the result rounded to one decimal place. 2. A concrete test specimen has six faces, namely three faces subjected to failure loading. The representative compressive strength (MPa) value is obtained by summing the individual failure strength (MPa) values of the three faces and dividing the total by 3, with the result rounded to one decimal place. This representative compressive strength value is also the standard specimen compressive strength value. Multiplying this value (rounded to one decimal place) by 100 yields the percentage of the designed strength achieved. 3. To determine whether the compressive strength of a concrete test block is qualified, the percentage of the designed strength achieved is calculated by dividing the measured strength value by the design grade. If the achieved percentage falls within the range of 105% to 145%, it is classified as a normal value. If the achieved percentage is lower than 105% or higher than 145%, it is regarded as an early warning value, indicating that the test result of this concrete test block is abnormal. Attention should be paid to subsequent test samples. If abnormal results occur three consecutive times or more than five times within one month, the cause of the abnormality shall be investigated and identified.
