Temporal Dataset for Respiratory Support

This dataset contains inpatient admission records of 50,920 adult patients treated in the intensive care unit (ICU) of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center between 2008 and 2019, documenting a comprehensive set of static, time-varying, and outcome variables. Additionally, it includes hourly materialized views of static and time-varying variables, with each view named after the unique identifier of the corresponding patient, stored in *.csv format. The dataset covers complete information for all 50,920 included patients. The core research tasks focus on prolonged mechanical ventilation and successful weaning.
