RTgill-W1 Assay - Optimization and Effluent Testing

This dataset is divided into folders designating which experiment the results were generated from. The 'effluent' experiments assessed the ability of the RTgill-W1 assay to detect toxic effluent samples by comparing method sensitivity to the standardized fish acute lethality test (EPS 1/RM/13) and examining potential investigated matrix effects of the RTgill-W1 assay. The 'optimization' experiments were conducted to assess the potential impacts of optimizations to make the assay more suited for commercial and regulatory labs.
