Chromosome-scale genome assembly of Primula edelbergii. 545.60 million paired-end 151-bp Illumina reads and 2.84 million nanopore reads (read N50 = 19.16 kb) were used to assemble the genome using the hybrid approach in MaSuRCA v4.0.5, with Flye v2.5 for the final “contigging” step. The draft assembly was then scaffolded using 200.48 million Hi-C reads.
