This statistic identifies travelers from the state whose destination is the A.C. of the Basque Country, differentiating it from the operation of the INE whose operation is aimed at the main destination. Its objective is to quantify the number of hikers and tourists residing in the state who arrive in the A.C. of the Basque Country and to know the expense they make. In addition, this operation obtains an approximate profile of both the tourist and the Basque hiker who visits the Basque Country and the state.
