Shu Gan Jie Yu herbal combination target SNCG regulating p-AKT and p-ERK to inhibit Breast cancer

SGJY significantly reduced tumor weight and cumulative tumor volume, as well as decreased the level of Estradiol in serum. The tumor tissue was preserved to program RNA-SEQ and analyzed by IPA software. The numbers of differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were 225 genes, including 62 genes upregulated and 163 genes downregulated. IPA analysis revealed SGJY upregulated 7 canonical pathways and downregulated 16 canonical pathways.
