PLU in force (MEL Local Planning Plan) - Linear elements of graphic plan cladding

**Digitized Local Urban Plan (LUP)**

This lot informs about the right to build the 95 constituent municipalities of the European Metropolis of Lille. This PLU is translated numerically in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG from the management basis of the PLU of the MEL.

The database was designed during the procedures for the general revisions of the MEL PLUi between 2015 and 2024, the integration of the 5 municipalities of Aubers, Bois-Grenier, Fromelles, Le Maisnil and Radinghem-en-Weppes into the PLU3 and the development of the RLPi. Its initial structure was validated by the approval of the planning documents by the Metropolitan Council on 28 June 2024.

**Definition**

The cladding elements are geometric elements or writings related to a regulatory provision (track width, dimension, name of neighboring municipalities ...) and / or useful for the understanding of the PLU.
The cladding class shall contain any cladding element necessary for the understanding of the planning document. It does not contain geographical objects as such.

**Informative annexes**

Those annexes describe areas on which provisions under the Town Planning Code or external legislation may interfere with the right to build. The documents or decisions reproduced in the Annex may generate obligations independently of the requirements laid down in the PLU or contain information that is important for the implementation of the projects. These are:

* public utility easements, listed in the annex to Book I of the Urban Planning Code.

* of the items listed in Articles R. 151-52 and R. 151-53 C. urb. (e.g.: noise exposure plan, concerted development areas, pre-emption rights perimeters, soil information areas, etc.)

Note: the annexes may include other information, such as the mention and location of sites containing archaeological remains covered by Decree No 2004-490 on administrative and financial procedures in the field of preventive archaeology (see Articles L. 522-5 and R. 523-1 of the Heritage Code)
