Lactuca dregeana molecular datasets

These datasets were used in study on Lactuca dregeana that were published in South African Journal of Botany. Included are: demultiplexed and filtered RADseq reads, alignment of RADseq SNP's ready for import to MrBayes, alignment of ITS sequences ready for import to MrBayes, and SSR data for GenAlEx.本数据集用于在南非植物学杂志上发表的关于Lactuca dregeana研究的论文中。其中包含：去重和过滤后的RADseq序列读数，可用于导入MrBayes的RADseq单核苷酸多态性(SNP)比对，可用于导入MrBayes的ITS序列比对，以及用于GenAlEx的简单重复序列(SSR)数据。
