MODERN METHODOLOGY IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHING: INNOVATIVE APPROACHES AND EFFECTIVE STRATEGIES

This article discusses modern methodology in English language teaching and highlights the importance of innovative approaches in the educational process. Today, teaching English is not limited to traditional grammar translation methods. Teachers are expected to create interactive, student-centered, and communicative environments that help learners use language effectively in real-life situations. The article analyzes several modern teaching methodologies, including Communicative Language Teaching (CLT), Task-Based Learning (TBL), and technology-integrated instruction. Furthermore, the paper explains the role of motivation, critical thinking, and learner autonomy in successful language acquisition. The study concludes that combining modern methodologies with practical classroom activities can significantly improve students’ language proficiency and engagement.
