Lepr-Tdtomato小鼠做为受体小鼠，经尾静脉移植AML 细胞，监测外周血至发病晚期，胶原酶消化AML 与CTRL 小鼠的后肢骨，分选Tdtomato 阳性细胞，分选得到的AML小鼠与正常小鼠Lepr-Tdtomato细胞交予诺禾致源公司，进行10X Genomics单细胞转录组的建库和测序，以得到这群细胞的异质性及其在白血病下细胞亚群变化的转录数据。
