Pancreatic Circulating Tumour Cell Profiling Identifies LIN28B as a Metastasis Driver and Drug Target

Gene expression profiling of circulating tumor cells purified from human patients with pancreatic cancer led to identification of LIN28B as possible metastasis driver. Functional studies in model systems confirmed the importance of this pathway. Overall design: RNA-seq of primary purified circulating tumor cells from pancreatic cancer patients and healthy donors.
