Gene expression of murine transposon-induced T cell acute lymphoblastic leukemias

Here we describe the use of transposon-tagged in vivo screening for integrative mapping of molecular, cellular and temporal parameters in cancer evolution. By interrogating the regulatory genome, we uncovered widespread roles of subtle gene dysregulation during oncogenesis. Genome-wide in vivo screens characterizing T-ALLs revealed that such quasi-insufficiency displays diverse context-dependencies, including distinct cell-of-origin associations. 3'-RNA-Seq data was generated from transposon-induced T-ALL cases.
