"This assessment is for ocean quahog in the US exclusive economic zone (EEZ, federal waters, 3-200 nm from shore) individual transferable quota (ITQ) fishery. The assessment divides the US stock into a northern (Georges Bank or GBK) and a southern (south of GBK to Cape Hatteras) area for modelling purposes (Figures 6 - 7).
