AMLdb

AMLdb is an interactive multi-omics platform developed to streamline the exploration and analysis of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) data. It contains 86 datasets for gene expression profiles, 15 datasets for methylation profiles, CRISPR-Cas9 knockout screens of 26 AML cell lines, sensitivity data of 26 AML cell lines to 288 drugs, mutations in 41 unique genes in 23 AML cell lines, and information on 41 experimentally validated biomarkers.AMLdb是一款交互式多组学平台，旨在优化急性髓系白血病（acute myeloid leukemia, AML）数据的探索与分析流程。该平台包含86套基因表达谱数据集、15套甲基化谱数据集，涵盖26株AML细胞系的CRISPR-Cas9基因敲除筛选数据、26株AML细胞系对288种药物的敏感性数据、23株AML细胞系中41个独特基因的突变数据，以及41个经实验验证的生物标志物相关信息。
