Cline parameters of the simulated hybrid zones

Cline widths and centers (as well as their confidence intervals) for each locus (X: X-linked; Y: Y-linked; N: autosomal, neutral; A: autosomal, involved in DMIs), for each simulation, under different types of DMI (neut = none; xa: X-autosome; ya: Y-autosome, xy: X-Y), sex-biased dispersal (sex.disp), dispersal rate (disp.rate), hybrid fitness (h.fit) and selection (s) and the corresponding sigma and sqrt(sigma) (SS) for each locus. Simulation were performed in Quantinemo and clines were fitted with hzar.
