Characterization and molecular cloning of a NAC gene found in Bothriochloa ischaemum

Our aim is to find the molecular mechanism of drought of Bothriochloa ischaemum under different time of drought and rewatering. The outcome provides an important theoretical basis for the regulation of the drought resistance gene in Bothriochloa ischaemum.
