Age-, gender- and body site-specific reference values of thermal Quantitative Sensory Testing in the Italian population using the Q-Sense device

Normative values from 84 healthy volunteers (42 males / 42 females) of the following thermal quantitative sensory testing (QST) measures: warm detection threshold (WDT), cold detection thresholds (CDT), heat pain threshold (HPT). All measures were recorded in three different body sites: the right trigeminal supraorbital region, the right hand thenar, and the right foot dorsum. Both methods of limits and levels were used in individual subjects to assess WDT and CDT.
