This dataset includes manually delineated tree crowns, distinguishing between alive and dead trees in the Harz Mountains, for individual tree detection over three distinct years: 2009, 2016, and 2022. It features aerial imagery (RGBI), normalized Digital Surface Models (nDSM) at a 20 cm ground sampling distance (GSD), and corresponding annotations. The dataset is organized into training and testing sets.
