Host Genotyping Data (microsattelite genotypes)

This file contains the raw data files for both the full genotyping dataset (including individuals with 3rd alleles) as well as a STRUCTURE input file that is a subset of the data containing only those individuals with diploid genotypes at all loci as described in the paper. The R command files are for completing ploidy modeling as described in supplementary file S1.
