<br>raw OCT scans were corrected for spherical aberration. Two samples of corrected scans are contained here (labeled "Corr"). Then OCT scans were processed to obtain a 2D map of the biofilm surface topology (termed Digital Elevation Model). Pixel size of the DEMs and either (40 x 40 um) or (11.1 x 11.1 um). The gray level of each pixel indicates biofilm height in that point (height [um] = gray-level * 2.18). For complete processing algorithm please see link.
