资源简介:
Table S3. Kruskal-Wallis significant differences: Table of Bonferroni-adjusted p values from Kruskal-Wallis rank sum tests between relative abundances of genera, questionnaire responses and other continuous metadata variables with all categorical questionnaire responses and metadata variables. Values shown are the adjusted p values that are less than 0.05, indicating that at least one group in the categorical variable has a significantly different mean value than other groups for the continuous variable. Only contains rows and columns that have at least one such significant p value. In the case of significant p values, groups and their directionality were then determined by ANOVA. (XLS 38 kb)
