To clarify changes of cellular interactome throughout onset and progression of T2D, we isolated pancreatic islet single cell suspension at 6- and 10-weeks-old db+/+ and db/db mice and performed single-cell RNA-seq by using an BD Rhapsody platform and a Novaseq6000 sequencer.
