The included data refer to the biometric characteristics of soybean plants fertilized with struvite. The biometric characteristics include basic soybean parameters such as stem mass, root mass, plant height, and the height of the first pod setting. The second data file concerns measurements taken at different wavelengths, which can be used to calculate the content of photosynthetic pigments. By measuring the intensity of light absorption at specific wavelengths, it is possible to calculate the chlorophyll content in plant tissues. This allows for the assessment of the plant's physiological condition, health status, photosynthetic capacity, and the effectiveness of fertilization.The study compared the chlorophyll content in soybean plants fertilized with struvite and superphosphate.
